Emily is Vice President of Talent at Social Finance where she is responsible for managing the full employee experience.

Before joining Social Finance, Emily led HR functions within the finance and strategy consulting industries, for Arrowstreet Capital, Altman Vilandrie, and The Baupost Group. In all her roles, she partnered with senior leadership to build and develop effective teams, ensure resonant, impactful workforce inclusivity, and scale talent and culture to meet growth.

Emily lives in Brookline with her husband and two children. She studied philosophy and politics at Tufts University and earned her law degree from Georgetown University. Before becoming an HR practitioner, Emily held associate positions with two major Washington, D.C. law firms and worked pro bono with the ACLU of D.C. on Section 1983 cases.
