Billy is a Senior Associate at Social Finance, supporting the impact investing and impact advisory services teams.
Previously, Billy worked as an Analyst with DHInfrastructure, an economics consulting firm that provides advisory services to multilateral development banks and public sector clients to improve the availability, affordability, and quality of infrastructure services. He managed a project that evaluated the outcomes of recent interventions supported by an infrastructure advisory facility that aims to help developing countries strengthen policies, regulations, and institutions that enable sustainable infrastructure with private sector participation. He also provided research and writing support for public expenditure reviews of several developing countries’ water sectors.
Billy graduated magna cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Economics.
My education in the Jesuit tradition inspired me to pursue work that serves those on the margins of society - the vulnerable and the underserved. I am grateful to be a part of an organization that shares this goal and continuously strives to do better, remembering that there is always more to be done.
