Billy Fitzpatrick

Billy is an Associate Director, Impact Advisory at Social Finance, where he supports workforce development and economic opportunity initiatives. His work has included evaluating training programs for individuals facing barriers to employment, managing a long-running supported employment program for U.S. military veterans in Massachusetts, and piloting strategies to help more eligible tax filers access the Earned Income Tax Credit in New Jersey. He also leads efforts to strengthen primary healthcare coverage in rural and tribal communities through Social Finance’s Workforce Education & Investments team.

Previously, Billy was an Analyst at DHInfrastructure, an economics consulting firm advising multilateral development banks and public sector clients on improving infrastructure services. He led a project assessing over 100 interventions funded by an advisory facility focused on enhancing infrastructure policy, regulation, and institutional capacity in developing countries.

Billy graduated magna cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Economics.
