Chiara Apici

Chiara Apici is an Assistant General Counsel at Social Finance.

Previously, she worked at Dechert LLP and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, where she worked in capital markets, specializing in commercial mortgage-backed securitizations. She has also worked at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., where she worked on more general corporate and securities matters.

Chiara studied law at Brooklyn Law School and attended college at the University of Richmond. She currently lives in her hometown of Providence, Rhode Island.
