Elena Curtin

Elena Curtin is an Associate, Impact Advisory at Social Finance.

Before joining Social Finance, Elena was an Associate Consultant at The Bridgespan Group, where she advised leading global nonprofits, philanthropists, and impact investors on scaling their impact. Elena is passionate about building more just and equitable systems and helping social impact organizations better meet their communities’ needs. She grounds her work in her early roles mentoring marginalized students as a tutor and college admissions counselor.

Elena first developed an interest in systems-change work while earning her Bachelor’s in Global Studies and Public Affairs at UCLA, where she graduated magna cum laude. Elena is a proud third-generation NorCaler and calls Santa Cruz her forever home. When not nerding out over social impact, she’s often playing soccer, watching stand-up comedy, and drinking green tea—although rarely all at once.
