Claude Corps

Workforce & Education Investments

Highlights

$150MInitial investment from Anthropic

Mission-driven organizations face rising demand and tight budgets, and many don’t have the staff or technical capacity to adopt AI. Meanwhile, workers are seeking hands-on experience with AI tools and clear pathways for career growth.

Claude Corps places early-career Fellows trained on Claude inside mission-driven organizations for a 12-month fellowship to gain valuable skills development and build organizational capacity.

How It Works

Claude Corps is a national, 12-month fellowship that places early-career Fellows inside mission-driven organizations, with Fellow compensation and benefits at no direct cost to the host. Fellows arrive trained on Claude and ready to build tools that solve operational problems and expand programmatic opportunities, from client intake and case triage to insight delivery and feedback loops. Participating host organizations provide a supervisor, meaningful projects, and a seat on the team. The program provides full salary and benefits for Fellows, dedicated training and ongoing staff support, and administers a $10,000 implementation grant to host organizations, offsetting the administrative and operational costs.

The first cohort of roughly 100 Fellows begins work in October 2026 and is expected to grow to 1,000 Fellows across the country in the program’s first year. Applications for Cohort 1 are open through July 17, 2026.
