Michael Brown is a social impact researcher and advisor with over a decade of experience studying, evaluating, and strengthening social sector initiatives. He has authored academic papers, book chapters, white papers, and practitioner articles on topics ranging from program-related investing to the use of artificial intelligence in impact assessment. Michael is a Senior Fellow at the Wharton Impact, Value, and Sustainable Business Initiative and holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Chicago.
