WorkingNation Video: Sandra Salstrom on the Paper Ceiling

A new campaign from Opportunity@Work and the Ad Council encourages companies to Tear the Paper Ceiling by hiring STARs, people Skilled Through Alternative Routes. At the launch event for this campaign in New York City, Sandra Salstrom, Social Finance's Vice President of Government Relations, gave her thoughts on what it will take to break the paper ceiling.
