Yifan Chen

Yifan is an Senior Associate, Impact Investments at Social Finance based in the Boston office.

Before joining Social Finance, Yifan was an Analyst Consultant at Education Resource Strategies (ERS), a nonprofit that partners with K-12 urban districts to make resource shifts and system-level changes to achieve better outcomes for students. While at ERS, she was responsible for generating hypotheses, analyzing district-level data, and researching state and local context to support her team in designing equitable and data-driven decisions for school districts across the US.

Yifan graduated from Harvard University with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Economics.
