Sarah Styles Osborn

Sarah Osborn is an Associate Director, Impact Advisory at Social Finance, supporting the advisory services team.

At Social Finance, Sarah has contributed to initiatives focused on early childhood education and workforce development, helping partners design and implement strategies that promote economic mobility and improve outcomes for families and communities. She also serves as Chair of the Action Committee, where she leads efforts to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah managed projects on the Health and Human Services team at Quantified Ventures, an outcomes-based capital firm in Washington D.C. During this time, she helped drive transformative health, social, and environmental impact for public and private clients, addressing critical health industry and access gaps to improve health outcomes across the United States.

Sarah holds a B.A. in Neuroscience and Religious Studies from Wesleyan University.
