Chair of the Board

Pamela Dippel Choney is a retired Partner and Senior Vice President of Wellington Management Company LLP, a global investment management firm, which she joined in 1984.  Over the course of a 27-year career with the firm, she served in multiple leadership roles in the areas of client relationship management, the oversight of portfolio management teams, and the management of strategic initiatives.  She was a member of the company’s senior management team and held various global governance roles, including membership on the Compensation Committee and the Information Services Priorities Committee.  She served as Chair of Wellington Trust Company, NA and its Trust Investment Committee, as well as of Wellington Management-affiliated companies based in Singapore and Hong Kong.  Pam is currently a Trustee of Vanguard Charitable Endowment Program and a member of the advisory board of the Wellesley (MA) Scholarship Foundation.  She received an AB degree from Princeton University, where she majored in Architecture and Urban Planning, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
