Molly Dawson is an Associate Director at Social Finance, primarily supporting the impact investment teams.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Molly was a consultant in Deloitte’s Government and Public Services practice, where she helped federal and state agencies utilize their data to understand emerging risks, streamline business processes, and guide policy changes. Molly also led teams in Deloitte’s social impact group, providing technical assistance and growth strategies to social enterprises and nonprofits in South America and Africa.
Molly earned an M.S. in Commerce, with a focus in Business Analytics, and a B.A. in Foreign Affairs and Spanish from the University of Virginia.
Working at Social Finance allows me to work on new and exciting challenges every day. Though it can sometimes feel like an uphill battle, that gives me hope that we are in fact on the right track towards actually changing things.
