Miranda is a Senior Associate, Partnerships and Strategy at Social Finance, supporting the organization’s strategic planning, capacity building, and partnerships initiatives.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Miranda worked at Capital One, where she held various positions across HR in people analytics, recruiting, consulting, and compensation. In her most recent role, she was a compensation consultant where she designed competitive total rewards packages to enable talent strategies and supported the enterprise-wide semi-annual compensation review process. She was also involved in internal committees and initiatives focused on skills-based volunteerism and diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
Miranda graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Marketing and Organizational Behavior and a minor in Spanish.
