Matthew is a Director, Impact Advisory at Social Finance, where he where he supports organizations in exploring and implementing outcomes-based funding models in housing, behavioral health, and workforce training programs.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Matthew was a Managing Consultant in Guidehouse’s State and Local Government practice, where he provided organizational transformation, performance management, and enterprise information management advisory services. Prior to joining Guidehouse, he worked to increase equitable food bank access in Arizona as a part of the Emerson National Hunger Fellowship, served as a health policy associate at UnidosUS, and worked in clinical research and health education at Children’s National Medical Center.
Matthew earned a Master of Public Policy and a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan, where he focused on health behavior, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Xavier University.
