Enxhi Xhoxhi

Enxhi Xhoxhi is an Associate Director at Social Finance, supporting the advisory services and impact investing teams.

Previously, Enxhi worked as a Lead Brand Manager at Thrasio, a consumer goods company, where she oversaw a portfolio of kitchen brands. Before joining Thrasio, Enxhi was a Product Manager at Wayfair, with a focus on optimizing and innovating the promotions business. Prior to that, she worked as a Private Equity Associate at Audax Group, where she evaluated investments and provided corporate development support to portfolio companies. Enxhi began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS, executing leveraged finance transactions across industries.

Enxhi graduated summa cum laude from the George Washington University with a BBA in Finance.
