Foundations engage with the Social Impact Bond (SIB) market in a number of ways, including grantmaking, investing, fostering partnerships, and advocacy and education. This research paper explores foundations’ engagement with the SIB market and the future of SIBs. The authors envision a market where cross-sector partnerships thrive and create meaningful social progress.
