With Social Finance as the project advisor, the state of Delaware was able to successfully launch a Pay for Success (PFS) initiative. The project will aim to increase the number of millennial blood donations, with an end goal of 500 units of blood over the course of three consecutive years. Overall, with the unique and effective tools of the PFS strategy, Delaware can maximize social benefits for its communities.
