Gisele is an Associate, Impact Investments at Social Finance.

Previously, Gisele worked for the City and County of San Francisco on the Public Utilities Commission’s Capital Finance team, where she helped execute bond financings, manage a multi-billion-dollar debt portfolio, update policy, and support sustainable finance through green bond issuance and investor reporting. Earlier, at Jobs for the Future, she supported economic development initiatives across California, contributing research and data analysis to inform inclusive education and workforce strategies.

Gisele holds an MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation from the University of Oxford and graduated summa cum laude with a BSc in Economics from Minerva University.

What drew me to Social Finance is its focus on outcomes, specifically designing investments that build equitable pathways to social and environmental progress.
