Anna Fogel is an adviser at Social Finance, where she works with nonprofit, financial, and government clients to identify and assess potential Pay for Success deals, assess and prioritize among interventions, perform diligence on providers, and analyze the economics of potential deals. Anna’s work at Social Finance has included projects to reduce recidivism to the criminal justice system, expand access to permanent supportive housing, manage chronic diseases for high-risk populations and improve education outcomes for students in grades K-12.
Prior to Social Finance, she led the Social Innovation Fund’s Pay for Success work, including the 2014 inaugural Pay for Success grants competition. Prior to her work with the Social Innovation Fund, she worked on Pay for Success in the White House Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation and on expanding financial inclusion around the world with Enclude (formerly ShoreBank International) and Triodos Investment Management. She has a Master’s in Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard College.
