TEDx Chicago: An Uncommon Bond for the Common Good

Tracy Palandjian, co-founder and CEO of Social Finance, gave a TEDxChicago talk about the Pay for Success (PFS) model. She details how PFS will help drive social change by enlisting private capital and rallying uncommon partners around a common cause: results that meaningfully improve lives.

“Pay for Success is a mechanism that changes the way we fund social programs. So instead of taxpayer dollars spending money on programs with uncertain outcomes and hoping that they work, it spends money on outcomes after they’ve been achieved.”
