As a registered investment adviser, and building on more than a decade of fund investment and impact measurement and monitoring experience, we partner with philanthropic investors through:   

• Impact Investing Strategy Development​: We develop and codify impact and financial goals; establish targets for risk, return, and impact; revise investment policy statements; and determine appropriate staffing and governance structures for impact investments. 
• Donor Engagement: We help engage donors engage in impact investment opportunities through focus groups, webinars, collateral, white-labeled web platforms, and staff training materials. 
• Portfolio Construction: We determine appropriate structuring of investments, source and conduct impact and financial due diligence on investment opportunities, and support approval processes and execution of investments. 
• Impact Measurement & Management: We work with external investment managers, their investees, and investors to develop financial and impact reporting processes.  
• Portfolio Management: We advise on asset allocation according to partners’ objectives and monitor the impact and financial performance of investments.
