Zoe Burhop

Zoe Burhop is an Associate Director, Impact Advisory at Social Finance and co-leads Social Finance’s Texas office. Since joining Social Finance, Zoe has worked on projects to improve criminal justice outcomes for individuals with mental health needs, expand funding for homelessness service providers based on client outcomes, and align social service programs to focus on continuous improvement of both service quality and outcomes for participants.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Zoe worked as an Associate for The University of Texas / Texas A&M Investment Management Company (UTIMCO), where she worked on new investment diligence and portfolio monitoring for the endowment’s natural resources and infrastructure investments team.

Zoe holds a B.B.A. in Business Honors and Corporate Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Zoe holds a B.B.A. in Business Honors and Corporate Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Canfield Business Honors Program and the Young Professionals Board for It’s Time Texas.
