Will Grimes is an Associate in the Boston office.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Will worked at Data for Decisions, LLC, as a Senior Research Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice. In this role, Will worked with economists to support employers in their DEI efforts and performed econometric analyses to identify and address equity issues in hiring, compensation, retention, promotion, and attrition.
Will graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Economics. During his junior year, Will studied economic history and public policy at the London School of Economics. Will is from Tucson, Arizona, and now lives near Boston, much closer to Fenway Park and his beloved Red Sox.
