Will Grimes is a Senior Associate in the Impact Advisory practice.

In this role, Will has contributed to initiatives spanning housing and homelessness, workforce development and economic mobility, and early childhood.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Will was a Senior Research Associate in the Labor and Employment Practice at Data for Decisions LLC, where he worked with economists to help employers identify and address disparities in hiring, compensation, retention, and promotion.

Will graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Economics. During his junior year, he studied at the London School of Economics.

Will is from Tucson, Arizona, and now lives in Boston.

I believe that thoughtful analysis can help public systems deliver better outcomes and become more responsive to the voices and needs of the communities they serve.
