Tyler Lewis

Tyler Lewis is a Senior Assistant General Counsel at Social Finance. He supports the Impact Investments team and advises on other corporate legal matters.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Tyler was a senior associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston where he represented private equity sponsors, public and private company borrowers, and lenders in a broad range of financing transactions, including term and revolving loans, asset-based facilities, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, warehouse facilities, restructurings and refinancings.

Tyler holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and graduated from the University of Florida with dual degrees in Finance (B.S.) and History (B.A.). Tyler has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America in Banking and Finance Law since 2023. He lives in Boston, Massachusetts.
