Associate, Impact Advisory

2026

Sydney is an Associate on the Impact Advisory team.
Prior to joining Social Finance, she served as a City of SF Fellow at the San Francisco Housing Authority, where she supported the administration of housing voucher programs through financial analysis, performance analysis, and process improvement. She brings experience across nonprofit, city government, and consulting focused on strengthening program delivery and organizational performance. Previously, as the Manager of Finance & Data at the Santa Barbara Rescue Mission, she developed program performance measurement systems, managed the organization’s strategic budgeting process, and helped leadership use data to inform decision-making.
Sydney holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics & Business and Sociology from Westmont College. In her free time, Sydney enjoys being outdoors, especially hiking, biking, and exploring new places.
I am passionate about partnering with governments to build more effective social service systems by using data, performance management, and thoughtful program design to improve outcomes for the communities they serve.
