Shane Mulligan is a Director, Impact Investments at Social Finance, based in New York City. Shane supports impact investments in workforce development including Pay It Forward Funds.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Shane supported and led blended finance strategies across emerging markets at Palladium and Abt Global. His experience includes structuring outcome-based lending vehicles, SME credit funds, and technical assistance facilities. He is also the co-founder of NutriFund International, a nonprofit focused on child nutrition and maternal health in Honduras.
Shane holds an M.S. in Global Human Development from Georgetown University and earned his B.A. from Fordham University with a double major in Latin American Studies and Philosophy.
