Ryan is a Senior Associate, Talent, at Social Finance, where he is responsible for supporting all talent acquisition for the organization, from sourcing through hiring for generalist and functional roles.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Ryan led the technical and business operations recruitment activity for Arrowstreet Capital, an investment firm that manages global equity portfolios for institutional investors around the world. Previously, Ryan worked for Keller Augusta, a retained executive search firm, where he worked as a full-cycle recruiter representing a broad range of opportunities within the commercial real estate investment and development space. In all his roles, Ryan has delivered dynamic and thoughtful search processes that prioritize inclusive and equitable recruitment practices. His search experience extends from entry to C-suite-level opportunities. Ryan is a proud member of Social Finance’s DEI Action Committee.
Ryan graduated from Boston College and holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology & Human Development with minors in Gender Studies and African Diaspora Studies.
