Olivia Grinker

Olivia Grinker leads investor relations for Social Finance’s Impact First Fund. In this role, she partners with individuals, donor advised funds, family offices, and foundations to mobilize capital for measurable social and environmental outcomes.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Olivia was an Assistant Vice President at CCS Fundraising, a global fundraising consulting firm. She advised nonprofits on the strategy and execution of multi-year capital and endowment campaigns across healthcare, education, and arts and culture. Her work included designing major gift strategies, building donor pipelines, and conducting feasibility studies to guide eight and nine-figure fundraising initiatives. Olivia also served in interim development leadership roles, managing annual campaigns and board engagement activities. During her tenure at CCS, she helped organizations secure significant philanthropic commitments from high net worth individuals, foundations, and corporate donors.

Olivia holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Anthropology from Yale University.
