Nadine Abraham is a Director of Impact Advisory at Social Finance, where she leads initiatives to improve outcomes for children and families. Her work centers on enhancing program effectiveness through strategic planning, data-driven insights, and innovative solutions. Nadine brings a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of issue areas, having worked across Social Finance’s portfolio—including education, workforce development, homelessness, mental health, and impact investing.

With nearly 15 years of experience spanning education, strategy, and nonprofit leadership, Nadine has helped high-performing organizations scale their impact. Prior to joining Social Finance, she was a Portfolio Manager at the One8 Foundation, where she supported nonprofits in expanding their reach and partnered with schools and districts to implement evidence-based initiatives. Earlier in her career, Nadine served as Chief of Strategy and Operations for a Massachusetts charter school network, and as a Director at the District Management Group, collaborating with K–12 schools nationwide to improve educational outcomes. She began her career at Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, specializing in strategic operations and organizational design for financial services clients.

Nadine is also deeply committed to mentorship and volunteer leadership, with service including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Silver Linings Mentoring (supporting foster youth through long-term mentoring), and the Neurodiversity Alliance, where she currently serves on the board.

Nadine graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wellesley College, earning a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Mathematics.

What draws me most to this work is Social Finance’s mission to tackle systemic issues through cross-sector collaboration. I’m energized by the opportunity to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges—and grateful to work alongside such a talented and supportive team!
