Nadine Abraham is a Director at Social Finance, supporting the Impact Advisory practice. At SFI her projects have included working with state agencies to improve outcomes for children and families, supporting diverse stakeholders to align on a theory of change and measurable outcomes, and analyzing program data to better understand impact.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Nadine worked at the One8 Foundation as a Portfolio Manager focused on the Foundation’s education work. There she worked directly with schools/districts across the state and helped high-performing nonprofits scale across Massachusetts. Before joining One8, Nadine was the Chief of Strategy and Operations at a charter school network in Massachusetts. Prior to that, she was a Director at the District Management Group, an education consulting firm that partners with K-12 schools to improve educational outcomes. Nadine began her career at Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, as a consultant and manager specializing in improving strategic operations and organizational design for financial services firms. For over a decade, Nadine has also partnered and volunteered with Eye to Eye, a nonprofit focused on supporting students with learning differences.
Nadine graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. from Wellesley College and majored in Economics with a minor in Mathematics.
What draws me most to this work is Social Finance’s mission of working across public, private and social sectors to solve systemic issues. I am excited every day to develop new and innovative ways to tackle complex challenges…and I could not imagine a more supportive and talented group of colleagues to work with!
