Meg TouVelle is a Director of Talent at Social Finance, where she helps drive two core activities for the organization: staffing for all project-dedicated staff, and talent management for the team across all roles. Her talent management responsibilities include supporting the firm’s formal performance review and promotion processes, as well as individual career progression in coordination with the team’s development managers. Additionally, Meg contributes to general HR priorities and special projects.
Before becoming Associate Director of Talent, Meg was the Associate Director of Strategy after initially joining Social Finance as Executive Assistant to the CEO. Meg joined Social Finance after completing an AmeriCorps program at Match Charter Public High School. At Match, she worked as a tutor and member of the operations team. She graduated Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University, with a double major in Child Development and ‘Medicine, Health, & Society.’
My absolute favorite Social Finance tradition is our annual team retreat. From an Alpaca Farm to a Boston waterfront retreat, this annual event never fails to bring me closer to my colleagues and reorient me around what matters most - our impact.
