Meenakshi Manoj

Meenakshi is an Associate on the Impact Advisory team.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Meenakshi worked as a Research Assistant at Y Analytics, where she supported research assessing the societal impact of target companies. Before graduate school, she was a Financial Analyst at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy & Financing, where she helped examine hospital fiscal performance and led a project analyzing rural maternity care access.

Meenakshi holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Duke University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, discovering new cafes, and lately learning to play the guitar.
