Matt Caplan is the Associate Director, Information Technology at Social Finance, where he is responsible for designing and managing Social Finance’s technology posture.
Before joining Social Finance, Matt was the Manager of IT Operations at edX and Manager of SaaS Operations at 2U following their acquisition of edX. In these roles, he oversaw IT support, operations, and the use of cloud technologies across these organizations. Previously, Matt has worked in data analytics and across other IT roles.
Matt double majored in Business and Politics at Brandeis University.
I'm passionate about designing and building innovative solutions powered by the intersection of people, process, and technology - and I'm excited to do it at an organization with a mission.
