Mary Santalla

Mary is a Senior Associate, Impact Investments at Social Finance supporting the Workforce & Education Investments team. Prior to joining Social Finance, Mary worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Citizens Financial Group, Inc. in Boston, structuring and executing capital markets transactions across a variety of industries including aerospace, health care, and gaming.

Mary graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College with a B.A in Economics. She is originally from Orlando, Florida, and is an avid runner. She also enjoys skiing, hiking, and cooking.
