Mariletzy Venegas is an Associate at Social Finance supporting the Impact Advisory team.

Before joining Social Finance, Mariletzy was an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group, where she conducted strategic analyses for public sector, private equity, and healthcare projects, as well as across the technology, media, and telecommunications industries. As an undergraduate, Mariletzy led various DE&I and education initiatives. She was a Program Coordinator at the Harvard Foundation for Intercultural and Race Relations, organizing campus-wide diversity dialogue events. She also served as a Teaching Assistant at Brown University’s Leadership Institute, a social justice-focused summer program. Her long-term passion for social impact began at the Hispanic Organization Promoting Education as a Graduation Coach and Expansion Lead, guiding underrepresented high school students through the college admissions process and leading HoPe’s footprint expansion from Georgia to the broader Southeast.

Mariletzy holds a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Economics from Harvard College. She is a proud Management Leadership for Tomorrow alum and serves as a Professional Development Officer for their Boston Alumni Board. She is originally from Atlanta and enjoys running, cooking, and exploring National Parks.
