Malcolm Sullivan

Malcolm Sullivan is a Senior Associate on the Talent team at Social Finance, where he supports recruiting efforts and professional development initiatives.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Malcolm worked at Greenhouse Software as a member of the recruiting team and an employee resource group leader. Malcolm then started Greenhouse’s talent management team, building processes to equitably track, manage, and reward performance. Malcolm’s background in youth organizing informs his career-long commitment to creating structures, resources, and programming that operationalize DEI and allow all employees to thrive.

Malcolm holds a BFA from Emerson College in Nonfiction Writing and Publishing. He is a nearly lifelong Bostonian.
