Lindsay Knapper

Lindsay Knapper is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Social Finance, where she partners with leaders across the organization to grow their teams with intention.

Lindsay brings more than 20 years of talent acquisition and leadership experience, having partnered with technology companies through periods of significant growth across the U.S. and internationally.

Outside of work, Lindsay is an active member of her community, serving on the board of her local education foundation, volunteering in her children’s schools, coaching youth soccer, and leading Girl Scouts.

Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Babson College and is a certified Becoming You Practitioner.
