Kiana Ocean

Kiana Ocean is an Associate Director of Data Analytics at Social Finance, where she works with public sector partners and within the organization’s Workforce & Education Investments practice to help teams use data more effectively. She develops data visualization tools that support outcomes monitoring and performance management and conducts analyses to strengthen program delivery and decision-making across initiatives.

Previously, Kiana worked on the Advanced Analytics team at Prologis, where she utilized predictive modeling and dashboard visualizations to help develop and implement a revenue management program. She also worked in the competition practice at Compass Lexecon, where she conducted analyses supporting clients with antitrust litigation and regulatory matters.

Kiana holds a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Boston College and a Master of Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
