Kaylee Harcrow is the Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator for the Washington, DC office, where she provides executive and operational support to the Institute and the Finance team.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Kaylee held several roles at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC). Most recently, she served as Special Assistant to the Chief of Strategic Programs and Development, managing multiple community and economic development councils. In that role, she convened community organizations and non-profits alongside the nation’s largest funders, insurers, mortgage lenders, and other industry leaders to foster collaboration on key issues affecting communities nationwide. She also played an integral role in planning NCRC’s annual Just Economy Conference and coordinating numerous members serving webinars.
Kaylee earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of New Hampshire. Originally from New England, she now lives in Maryland with her partner and their two rescue dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys expressing her creativity through art; whether that is painting landscapes or attending a comedy show for a good laugh.
