Kandasi Griffiths-Williams is Associate Director of Impact Investments, where she works on Social Finance’s impact-first investment services and products.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Kandasi worked in international development with multiple international non-governmental organizations and U.S. government contractors. Kandasi worked on health and education development programs across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, primarily increasing access to maternal and reproductive healthcare. Most recently, she served as Health Systems Manager and head of the organization’s Covid Taskforce at Integrate Health in Lomé, Togo. She founded and serves as Chief Curator of SR Collaborative, a social enterprise consulting non-profit and private sector clients to develop innovative initiatives and partnerships, with a focus on marginalized leaders. As a public speaker, she discusses the future of the impact sector and nuanced approaches to catalytic finance.

Kandasi holds an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and an A.B. in Politics – International Relations from Princeton University. In her free time, she is an avid letter-writer, jewelry-maker, and lover of languages.
