Jill Scherer

Jill Scherer is the Grants Manager for Social Finance. As a member of the Partnerships & Philanthropy team, she plays a key role in the organization’s fundraising efforts and grant reporting.

Prior to Social Finance, Jill was a Senior Research Analyst with the Milken Institute, an economic and financial think tank in Los Angeles. She conducted research on how innovative finance can drive community and international development and wrote reports in support of Milken’s Financial Innovations Labs, roundtables designed to identify financial solutions to social, economic, and environmental challenges. Previously, she worked at Charles River Associates, a business and economic consulting firm.

Jill has a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley and a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University.
