Jenny Hafers

Jenny Hafers is a Senior Associate, Corporate Finance & Operations at Social Finance, where she supports the organization’s finance reporting, accounting operations, and month-end close processes. She collaborates across teams to ensure accurate, transparent financial data that inform the organization’s mission to improve lives through innovative investments.

Before joining Social Finance, Jenny worked at the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers, where she led accounting operations, supported the implementation of Sage Intacct, and streamlined financial workflows. She brings over seven years of experience across nonprofit, higher eduction, and renewable energy sectors.

Jenny holds a Master’s degrees in Project Management from Boston University and a Bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership from Northeaster University. Outside of work, she enjoys aerial arts, Pilates, yoga, cooking, and hiking with her dog.
