Ivy Brewer

Ivy Brewer is an Assistant General Counsel at Social Finance where she supports the corporation on regulatory compliance, data security, privacy, procurement, and outcomes-based finance structuring for impact advisory and impact investment teams.

Prior to Social Finance, Ivy’s legal experience concentrated on corporate transactions, corporate governance, complex foreign business registrations, joint ventures, and government contracting and procurement. Ivy’s additional professional background includes supply chain management, higher education administration, community impact, and capacity building.

Ivy graduated with a JD from Howard University School of Law and an MBA from Howard University School of Business. Ivy earned a Master’s in Public Administration from Troy University, where she focused on Nonprofit Management, and a Bachelor’s degree from Pepperdine University, where she majored in International Studies and Political Science.
