Elena Curtin is an Associate, Impact Advisory at Social Finance.
Before joining Social Finance, Elena was an Associate Consultant at The Bridgespan Group, where she collaborated with leading global nonprofits, philanthropists, and impact investors to develop their strategy and maximize impact. Elena is passionate about helping organizations better serve their communities and build more just and equitable systems. She grounds her work in her early direct service roles as a tutor and college admissions counselor for students from historically marginalized backgrounds.
Elena first developed an interest in systems-change work while earning her Bachelor’s in Global Studies and Public Affairs at UCLA, where she graduated magna cum laude. Elena is a proud third-generation NorCaler from Santa Cruz. When not nerding out over social impact, she’s often playing soccer, watching stand-up comedy, and drinking green tea—although rarely all at once.
