Chloe Ray

Chloe Ray is an Associate Director on the Partnerships and Strategy team at Social Finance, focusing on supporting and growing the organization’s relationships with philanthropic donors and investors. 

Prior to joining Social Finance, Chloe was a Director of Client Development at Arabella Advisors, where she helped launch new charitable initiatives on behalf of foundations, individual philanthropists, and companies looking to achieve impact across various issues. She previously managed an evolving portfolio of fiscally sponsored projects, providing a range of compliance and operational support. Prior to Arabella Advisors, Chloe supported operations and business development at Green Century Capital Management, which manages environmentally responsible mutual funds and conducts industry-leading shareholder advocacy.

Chloe has a bachelor’s degree from Williams College, where she studied political science and Spanish.
