Brandon Teixeira Almeida

Brandon Teixeira Almeida is a Senior Administrative Assistant and Office Coordinator at Social Finance, where he manages office operations, CRM systems, scheduling, and team coordination to keep the Boston office running smoothly and effectively.

Before joining Social Finance, Brandon built his career across nonprofit, education, and civic engagement organizations. As a Career Pathways Operations Manager at Neighborhood Villages, he helped more than 400 first-generation college students access free courses through community college partnerships to advance their careers in early childhood education and child care leadership. He later served as a Project Director at Revolution Field Strategies, where he recruited, trained, and supervised hundreds of staff while helping lead large-scale outreach programs across multiple states.

Brandon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Communications from Bridgewater State University, with minors in Marketing and Art History. He lives in the Boston area and enjoys fitness, basketball, and backpacking.
