Ashley Ye

Ashley Ye is a Senior Associate, Talent at Social Finance, where she supports employee experience initiatives and people operations across the organization.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Ashley served as a Human Resources Manager at Paradies Lagardère, where she oversaw recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance efforts for more than 200 employees. Previously, she worked as a Human Resources and Operations Manager at Blackfin Collective, leading employee engagement initiatives, operational processes, and organizational development efforts across multiple hospitality concepts. Across her career, Ashley has developed a strong passion for creating positive employee experiences and supporting inclusive, high-performing teams.

Ashley graduated from Boston University with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration and a minor in Business Administration. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and staying active.

I joined Social Finance because it's one of those organizations that is trying to make a difference for everyday individuals, and I love the people who support and develop these initiatives!
