Amanda DuBois is an Associate on the Talent team at Social Finance, where she contributes to onboarding, performance management, and initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Amanda completed a service year with AmeriCorps, supporting academic success as a tutor at Match Charter Public High School. She also supported youth development programming through her work and volunteer efforts at the Boys and Girls Club of Fall River.
Amanda earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Sciences from the Commonwealth Honors College at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
