Our Culture

Our people are at the center of all that we do. We strive to create an environment where every individual on our team can comfortably bring their full selves to work each day and have a work-life balance that meets their needs. Our culture reflects this mentality: 

  • We follow a hybrid model in which we encourage our teammates to be together in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and a third flex day, but to work from home two days a week and on an ad-hoc basis as needed.
  • Learning is a priority. Whether it’s through weekly all-staff meetings, “Knowledgefests” to teach one another, or class conversations, transparency and knowledge sharing are core to our culture.
  • We love our firm traditions and like to have fun together, from trivia to potlucks to an annual offsite!
