Annie Jensen is a Director, Impact Advisory at Social Finance, where she works on supporting public sector clients to drive effective service delivery in homelessness and behavioral health. Annie’s work has focused on designing innovative outcomes-based financing approaches, implementing performance management and continuous improvement, and facilitating cross-sector partnerships to push towards meaningful progress on public sector challenges. Notably, Annie’s work has included the performance management of Home for Good, a multi-year Pay for Success initiative to address chronic homelessness in Anchorage, AK; the design of an innovative multi-partner collaboration to support individuals experiencing chronic homelessness with significant health needs and frequent justice system utilization in Austin, TX; and the design and management of numerous other strategic initiatives to meaningfully improve social service delivery in California, Texas, Massachusetts, Connecticut and across the country.

Annie graduated summa cum laude from the University of Connecticut, Honors Program and holds a degree in Accounting. While studying as an undergraduate, Annie interned in Social Entrepreneurship in Guatemala where she worked to advance a “micro-consignment” development model aimed at providing access to life-changing goods to Guatemalans, while supporting local entrepreneurs.
