Stephanie van Sprang

Stephanie van Sprang is a Senior Associate on the Partnerships & Philanthropy team at Social Finance, where she supports fundraising efforts and helps build and manage relationships with philanthropic partners.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Stephanie worked across philanthropy and social impact in both the United States and the Netherlands. Most recently, she served as Fund Development Manager at Inspiring Minds, where she led foundation fundraising, managed the full grant lifecycle, and partnered closely with program and finance teams to align funding strategies with impact goals. Earlier in her career, Stephanie was a Senior Associate at The SDVB Foundation, a private family foundation operating under a venture philanthropy model in the Netherlands. There, she led due diligence, financial modeling, and impact analysis to inform the development of social initiatives. She also supported the design and scaling of programs, working closely with public and nonprofit partners to align investments with community needs.

Stephanie holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Originally from the Netherlands, she now lives in the United States.
