Marie (Davidson) Giandomenico is a Director on the Impact Advisory team at Social Finance. She first joined the organization in 2019 and spent four years advancing projects across early childhood, housing, and reentry before pursuing graduate school. Her work at Social Finance has ranged from leading a $12.75 million Pay for Success project to expand supportive housing in Anchorage, Alaska, to advising Connecticut’s Office of Early Childhood on its Blue Ribbon Panel on Child Care. Across projects, she partners with state and local governments to strengthen accountability with service providers, use data to drive decision-making, and engage communities in shaping solutions.

While at the Harvard Kennedy School, Marie worked in Boston’s Office of Early Childhood and completed her capstone thesis with the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care, focusing on strategies to advance compensation equity for early educators. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant in Deloitte’s Strategy and Analytics practice and supported nonprofit organizations in Ghana, Zambia, and Northern Ireland through pro bono consulting.

Marie holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting.
